art olive is a music rehearsal room renting company, run for musicians, by musicians. Our space is located in Cologne (Ehrenfeld) where we opened a new cultural center, "Die KulturOase" (The Cultural Oasis), in 2003. We have over 100 music rehearsal rooms including music lesson rooms, drummers' cabins and recording studios with many amenities (lounge, recording studio, rehearsal rooms with daylight, central heating, etc.).

Our multilayered, sand-filled walls provide excellent sound insulation. Rooms are available 24-7.

Our music practice rooms vary from 12 to 50 m² (110 to 450 square feet) at a price range of 125,00 to 399,00 € per month.

We have plenty of parking available. Public transportation is good - you can reach our buildings via trains 3 and 4, stop "Leyendeckerstrasse".

Also available are vending machines supplying music accessories, snacks, coffee and beer.

In addition to rehearsal rooms, we offer drummers' cabins. You can use a shared drummer's cabin (including drumset) by the hour, or lease a private room. There is a drum school in the building offering drum and percussion lessons, and we organize a live jam session once per month: The Orange Sunday Jazz and Soul Session.
